- Training in self hypnosis, relaxation techniques and stress management. Not only will this help you in the early few days if you experience any cravings but will also help you how to deal with stressful situations in a more, calm and relaxed way.
- Future pacing and time line therapy. This is a very powerful NLP, (neurolinguistic programming), technique which helps you to see yourself in the future as a non smoker and to feel yourself as a non smoker. With this therapy you will feel and experience how you will deal with every day situations as a non smoker where before you may have smoked. These images will be firmly embedded as new habits of behaviour.
