Hypnotherapy.  To start on the road to recovery the emotion linked to your symptoms need to be addressed. Most of our actions and feelings are subconscious ones so the root of your therapy needs to be addressed at this subconscious level. I will help you to uncover the birth place of your current feelings and thought processes by using hypnoanalysis if the underlying reason cannot be recalled consciously.
 
Future Pacing
Additionally to Hypnoanalysis, I use the NLP technique of future pacing. Future pacing helps you to envisage a new way of responding and behaving to situations which presently upset you. In the hypnotic state you are asked to go forward in time and picture the images of your new behaviour. These images are then played through again and again like a movie, on the inside of your mind.
 
 
    How does this help?
     
    Your present behaviour is one which has developed over time and the intensity of the emotion has got stronger and stronger. In effect a negative habit is present and it is a subconscious action. Future pacing helps to turn that negative behaviour into a positive one by allowing your subconscious mind learn a new behaviour. The more your subconscious sees and feels these images the more it will accept them, if it is your desire and wish. This way, you are creating a new habit with positive intent. You create a positive life change and you can start the final phase of your therapy of raising your confidence and self esteem levels by using the techniques of:
     
     
     
    You are helped to look at your thinking and emotions associated with every day events.  Very often these would be negative dysfunctional thoughts. In this case, those negative thoughts and emotions which fuel your current symptoms.     To free yourself from your present symptoms, all consultations at the Life-Change Hypnotherapy Clinic are priced at just £60 per session and includes free re-inforcement hypnotherapy recordings for you to listen to at home which further enhances your desire to succeed. Each session can last upto one and a half hours and are generally conducted on a weekly basis.
